Controllable pitch propellers blades
Our blades are manufactured according to project requirements and in compliance with all Classification Society rules. From the very beginning of the simulation casting process up to the final static balance procedure by inertial torque in two planes, our quality control plan garantee all the requested technical specifications. The quality of our finishing process in the required class S, I or II is assured by our milling system of the complet part in our high performance CNC machines.
